Weight Loss Rice Recipe | Lose 10Kg In 1 Month | Cauliflower Rice For Weight Loss


One of the popular foods in a ketogenic diet is cauliflower rice also known as Cato rise regular rice is starchy and to avoid when you are on keto but if you are someone who loves rice, then this recipe can be a simple and an easy substitute.

It is super simple to make and is a delicious low carb vegan recipe. 


Take a large pan or a wok. And turn on the heat. I'm using a cast iron wok here next add two tablespoons of coconut oil here. I'm using virgin coconut oil. You can also use ghee or clarified butter or grass-fed butter.

If you're not on a keto diet then replace with olive oil or use less coconut oil or k once hot add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds and 2 tablespoons of flax seeds.

Saute till this platter here. I'm using raw flax seeds and raw cumin seeds.

The flaxseeds I am using a firm neutral in which brand flax seeds have high fiber content and omega-3 fatty acids.

It's a great superfood to add to your keto diet the fact from omega-3 acids helps reach your fat macro quickly on keto plus it's low on carbs. Don't let the cumin seeds burn. So in less than a minute add 500 grams of cauliflower rice here. I'm not adding any garlic or Ginger. I've taken frozen cauliflower rice. However, this can be made easily at home simply pulse the cauliflower in the bowl of a food processor or use a grater and grate cauliflower is best on keto as it is low in carbs and can replace potatoes rice and pasta.
